Mary Doumtsi has nearly 20 years of international experience in Retail, Omnichannel, Strategic Planning, as well as Consumer Journey & Innovation. Hey journey took her through multiple industries, from consumer electronics to fashion, to hearing care and most recently the optical world. She is responsible for the optical and audio sales organisations of Hans Anders and eyes + more in the Netherlands and Belgium, Direkt Optik in Sweden, and the global marketing and communications department of the nexeye group. In her previous role as Chief Retail Officer at WSAudiology, she led multidisciplinary teams across the globe and played a key role in developing purpose-driven strategies with a direct impact on millions of people living with hearing loss. Prior to that, she held senior positions at G-Star RAW and PVH Corp. (Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein).
