Agentic AI has the potential to transform customer experiences, accelerate operations, and unlock unprecedented innovation.

However, as AI systems gain greater autonomy, organizations must also address critical questions around accountability, risk management, transparency, and governance.

This think tank will explore how leadership can responsibly scale agentic AI by fostering innovation while maintaining trust, control, and regulatory alignment. Together, we will:

• Compare emerging governance models and industry best practices for defining decision rights, human-in-the-loop requirements, escalation mechanisms, and AI "red lines" as agentic capabilities continue to advance.

• Discuss practical approaches to embedding responsible AI principles such as transparency, explainability, ethics, security, and human oversight into agentic AI solutions without creating unnecessary barriers to innovation.

• Identify how leaders can build organizational trust and readiness by aligning technology, governance, talent, and culture to support the next generation of autonomous AI systems.
