Lance brings nearly 30 years of property and casualty insurance leadership to his role as Chief Claims & Ops Excel Officer at Germania Insurance. Across his career, he has led teams spanning claims, underwriting, human resources, contact centers, and quality assurance. Before joining Germania, where he has spent the past decade, Lance held leadership roles at Liberty Mutual for 15 years and Farmers Insurance for 4 years.

Lance is known for building high-performing teams and fostering innovation at every level of the organization. He leads continuous improvement and strategic initiatives at both the departmental and enterprise level, and has been a driving force behind Germania's digital transformation efforts, advancing customer experience, productivity, and expense management.

Lance holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Baylor University and is an Associate in Claims (AIC), a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and a licensed Texas insurance professional.
