Dr. Elizabeth Barth-Thacker is Vice President of Enterprise Data & Analytics at American Modern Insurance Group, a Munich Re company, where she leads enterprise data strategy, analytics enablement, data and AI governance, cloud data transformation, and AI initiatives. Since joining American Modern in 2021, she has helped advance the organization's data and analytics capabilities, with a focus on enabling data-driven decision making, responsible innovation, and business value creation. She brings more than a decade of leadership experience across strategy, technology, operations, analytics, and transformation, and holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with research focused on Data Driven Decision Making.
