Meghan Lahey

With over 25 years of experience in the patient and employee experience field, Meghan has significantly contributed to Legacy Community Health for the past three years. In her role, she skilfully plans, implements, directs, and tracks the outcomes of Legacy's patient and employee experience programs. Before joining Legacy Community Health, Meghan dedicated over 16 years to Houston Methodist, where she developed and established the Patient Experience program for their Physician Organization. She holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Houston.
