Kara Conley is Vice President of the Contact Center at Bright Horizons, bringing more than 25 years of customer experience leadership across the absence management and work/life sectors. She holds a Master of Science from Regis University and began her career as a Registered Nurse.

Kara is committed to community service, running a nonprofit that celebrates birthdays for children experiencing homelessness and serving on the board of the Bright Horizons Foundation for Children. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and hiking with her husband and two daughters.
