Ashley Curry is a dynamic Customer Experience leader with a passion for helping healthcare organizations create more meaningful patient interactions. As Sr. Manager, CX Healthcare at CSG, she partners with enterprise healthcare organizations across the Americas to drive growth through innovative, data-driven customer experience strategies.

Prior to joining CSG, Ashley worked at Merck & Co., where she gained valuable experience in the biotech industry and developed a deep appreciation for the role communication and engagement play in improving patient outcomes.

With a background spanning enterprise sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, and Customer Experience, Ashley is known for bringing energy, optimism, and strategic execution to fast-paced environments. She is a 2024 graduate of the WICT Network Rising Leaders Program and a three-time CSG Spotlight of Excellence recipient.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys traveling, photography, time outdoors with her family, and running her own small businesses.
