Bhavik has a 13+ years rich experience in Loyalty, CRM, Customer Analytics, SAAS & Business Development Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in and for the Retail industry.


He has been committed to build one of the finest Customer Experience with the help of meaningful data insights & predictive analytics.

In 2019, Bhavik was awarded under Asia’s Top 100 Analytics by The Machine Conference 2019. And recently he was part of the esteemed jury panel for Loyalty Awards Singapore 2020.

Bhavik currently heads Loyalty, CRM, & Customer Analytics for Metro Brands Limited consisting of 5 brands i.e., Metro Shoes, Mochi Shoes, Walkway, Crocs India (priority partner), & Cheemo. Metro Shoes has won multiple awards for Best Retailer of the Year.

Recently he has built WhatsApp Auto Chatbot for Metro Shoes called ‘MiiA’ – Metro’s Interactive Intelligent Assistant and he is on his way for replicating the same for other brands.

Prior to Metro Brands Limited, Bhavik has worked with Forysta Ventures Limited (SalenOffers & inloyal). Here he has designed, implemented various customer engagement concepts for few brands like MasterCard, Vodafone India, Hindustan Times, Idea Cellular, Diesel India, etc. Also, he was an integral part of building the first mobile-based CRM & loyalty solutions called 'inloyal' which got acquired by Hansa Customer Equity in June 2016. Bhavik is an MBA with a major in Marketing from reputed University of Mumbai. He enjoys sports in his leisure time and likes travelling!
