David Eldred is the CXO for Solarity Credit Union, headquartered in Yakima, Washington. David first started his career in the credit union industry in 1985, exactly 40 years ago this month. His experience spans Marketing and Product Development, Business Intelligence, Customer-, Digital- and Employee-Experience (CX/DX/EX), as well as oversight of Branch and Call Center Operations. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and backpacking the Pacific Northwest as well as designing board games.
