Mr Simon Johnson

As the Head of Claims at QBE Insurance Singapore, Simon is leading the digital transformation of the customer claims process across 10 product portfolios.

Simon is driven by knowing that claims are a 'moment of truth' for people and often some of the most difficult circumstances a person has faced. This is why he always puts his customers first, ensuring he and his team deliver an experience that aims to reduce the customer impact.  

Prior to relocating to Singapore, Simon managed the travel claims division for QBE Insurance Australia – where he was responsible for claims efficiency and developing quality and audit programs

Having started his career as a Senior Analyst, Simon has over 14 years’ experience in the insurance industry, specialising in customer retention and project management. He is currently studying his Masters in Business Administration.
