David leads Experience Design and Customer Culture for Generali across
Asia Pacific. In this role, he builds design thinking capabilities and leads
executive change programs designed to help Generali’s leaders innovate on
behalf of customers. Prior to coming to Asia in 2018, he was based in Zurich
leading global Experience Design for Credit Suisse Investment Solutions and
Products. Prior to that, he served as a Research Director for CRM at Gartner
and held digital, marketing and operations directorships with Dell and Iomega
in Paris and Geneva. David’s hobbies include tennis, writing and wine tasting.
