Kasper has built a career on improving how millions of people experience work every day. As a co-founder of Podio, an online collaboration software, he led the company’s early sales growth before becoming overall director of the Podio product line after its acquisition by Citrix in 2012.

In 2015 he took the leap into foundership once more, starting Peakon. As the company's head of operations, Kasper brings his entrepreneurial spirit to every aspect of the company. His number one priority, however, is to make Peakon a truly world class workplace – a commitment that has built one of the strongest teams in Europe.
