David Hudspeth brings 33 years of retail experience to the table, with a 21-year tenure at Shoe Carnival. After running a store for 15 years, he transitioned to the Shoe Carnival corporate office in 2018 to run the customer service BPO relationship and develop a holistic approach to service between online and stores. He managed the voice of the customer program and increased the number of measured touchpoints across all our customer journeys. In 2020 he oversaw a change of customer service BPO, launched a new order management system, and brought online payment & fraud in house, all on the same day. The insights he gained from Verint were invaluable in designing a more streamlined customer experience that empowered agents and removed as many pain points as possible. In 2022 he received a Verint Engage Global Customer Award, Elevating Experience Management, Highly Commendable.
