Glen has designed multi-site web platforms, mobile apps, conversational AI products, technical software and internal interfaces. At StepStone, he and his team craft experiences for job seekers, recruiters, ad agencies, small businesses and marketing leaders who all cross paths within a single product. With a background in systems design and process improvement, he frequently finds himself talking about the critical role developing a rich understanding of people plays in designing useful, usable experiences. He presents and leads workshops on the subjects of user centred design, turning insights into action and measuring what success looks like at industry conferences around the world.

Glen lives with his wife, son and dog just outside of London. He has completed his Masters of Design in Service Design Innovation at the University of the Arts London where he focused on fresh approaches to service design for unforgettable, sustainable, innovative user experiences.
