Former Global Learning Lead - Culture and Inclusion, Ocado Group and Learning Manager Gousto

Aaron McCarter is just commencing a new role as Learning Manager at Gousto. However, at Ocado Group, Aaron McCarter has been responsible for pushing forward a new data-driven global learning strategy to support inclusion and cultural awareness across the Ocado Group, partnering across the Culture and Engagement Team and connecting work into the broader inclusion and diversity strategy. Drawing on listening insights from Peakon (global listening tool), he has been connecting to new global DNA behaviours, partnering with key stakeholders to understand and address learning need.

- Building expert learning content, products and tools to support inclusion, equity, diversity and cultural awareness, with consideration for the legal, environmental and social contexts of countries to build effective and appropriate learning material and content
- Shaping appropriate learning solutions and content for different levels and stages of the employee experience (onboarding, core learning, manager, leader content)
- Providing inspiring and engaging delivery and facilitation of key learning and development solutions Expert partnership and enablement Connecting and enabling activity across the broader Global Culture and Engagement Team - creating engaging education and learning content that can be used across the business (forming a specialist ‘culture and engagement hub’ of content)
- Working in partnership with leaders and specialists across Ocado to embed education and learning content into their people experience
