Karynn is a passionate CX practitioner as she believes that CX is the new marketing. If you bring value and delight to your customers, the revenue will be a beneficial “side-effect”. She realizes that many direct to consumer companies such as e-Commerce are far ahead in delighting their customers through extensive personalization, and balancing the delicate mix between digital and human touchpoints to serve them better, 24-7-365.

She is on a mission to help healthcare catch up to that. She wants to transform healthcare to become more patient-centered, empathetic & accessible. Her biggest passion is to make healthcare (and life!) simpler and more accessible for the elderly population. She has 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and various commercial roles within pharmaceuticals, medical devices and even a short stint in fast moving consumer goods. Her current venture is diving head on into the digital and CX space in Roche. She is loving it!
