Wendy is currently leading the Market Operation division covering holistic accountability including demand planning, supply chain architectures and execution, project and indirect procurement.

Wendy is a leader identified as “Reforming Director”. She is strong at driving transformation, new business modelling and entrepreneur thinking. During the new wave of Industry revolution, Wendy is very aspired to the mission of how to elevate supply chain serves as a sellable solution becoming a true Business Partner towards sales function.

As a woman in the high-tech industry, Wendy is a gender diversity ambassador and continuously advocates for woman advancement in the various global community. She is awarded as Nokia Inspiring Woman Leader alumni.
