Olivier Maugain is Data Governance and Activation Manager at Ingka, IKEA’s largest franchisee representing 90% of the group’s total sales. A French citizen born in The Netherlands, Olivier grew up in Germany and studied Business Administration in Switzerland, graduating from the University of St. Gallen. He spent 14 years in China, where he successfully developed various entrepreneurial ventures in software distribution and media. Prior to joining Ingka, he had positions in the FMCG, advertising and finance industries. He has hands-on experience in various domains and applications of analytics. Olivier is also the author of online courses, including "The Data Literacy Course: Learn How to Work With Data" available on Udemy and 365 Data Science.
