Rod Armstrong has worked in the Customer Experience space for more than 30 years now. He is currently serving as the Vice-President of Contact Center Operations at ServeCo North America where he is responsible for overseeing multiple contact center operations and ensuring customer satisfaction, problem resolution, and solution design and execution.

In this role, he also drives the implementation of leading-edge trends and technology in contact center operations, as well as developing and executing service engagement strategies and programs. His expertise extends to running large businesses as well strategic partnerships, people development, change management, problem-solving, and project management.

He resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife DeKarla and their two children. When he isn’t spending time with his family, you’ll find him either fly fishing or on his favorite golf course.
