Bea is supporting senior leaders and executives in the Greater Charlotte Market and Southeast Region of Atrium Health, now a part of Advocate Health. During her tenure at Atrium Health, Bea has served in different areas or Human Resources providing guidance to leadership in the application and interpretation of policies, ensuring consistent and fair treatment of leaders, teammates, and providers. Bea has a Bachelor of Sciences in Healthcare Management from Gardner-Webb University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University. She is holds two HR certifications from the Society of Human Resources Management and Human Resources Institute. In 2021 Bea complete a HR Business Partner Certificate program with AIHR.
