Anne-Kathrine is a user experience leader, who has shaped and scaled designs across digital and physical interfaces. She leads a team of product designers placed across the customer journey in the Digital, retail and Customer service area, optimising the omnichannel experience. Currently she focuses on journey management and how AI can enable the customer loyalty and optimisation of our channels.
For almost half her life she has both lived and worked in 5 countries in Europe for companies like Airbus and Electrolux, and picked up 7 languages along the way. With her background in architecture and interaction design she always thinks scaleable and how a proposed solution will work in a bigger context. Her interest in best practice, efficient processes and everything nerdy around shipping loveable products for both users, tech, brand and our business in the best way possible is what makes her tick.
