TAREK ABUBAKR has been working in the mobile telecom industry for more than 20 years. He is currently the Head of technical customer experience and service assurance at Etisalat by e& in Egypt. His work concentrates on providing actionable insights through end-to-end reactive/proactive data analytics on different customer use cases, trend analysis, and network performance for the sake of best customer perception. On the academic level, he holds an M.Sc. degree in Telecom, and is pursuing a Ph.D. degree in the best Telecom-AI practices through creating predictive AI/ML models for mobile customers/services/nodes performance.
