Steve Rudolph is Vice President and Leader of Pega’s Global Industry Markets group where he oversees go-to-market strategy across Pega’s industry verticals, worldwide. He has over 20 years of experience in technology and strategy, serving Fortune 200 customers across multiple industries in the US, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.  Prior to joining Pega, Steve worked for 10 years as a partner in the Telecommunications, Media, and High-Tech practice at McKinsey & Co. There, he advised a range of companies on priority strategic and operational issues. He has deep expertise in Customer Lifecycle Management and Digital Transformation for telecommunications companies, identifying ways to improve customer experience, profitability, and lifetime value. Steve is based at Pega’s headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.
