France is in charge of Customer Experience and Sales at Orange group level.

She was previously in the French operations, as regional director of Orange - West of France and member of Orange France executive committee.

She has held various senior positions within the Orange group  in France and in the United Kingdom in domains ranging from innovation to networks and customer relationship.

Customer Experience and Sales team defines the key strategic directions for Sales and Distribution and Customer Relationship areas at Orange group level, and animates customer experience transformation plans.

It provides support to the various subsidiaries of the group in their operational performance:  digital, contact centers, smart stores, sales performance, customer journey management...

Orange has put customer experience at the heart of its Essentials 2020 strategic plan with the aim to be a leader in recommendation amongst telcos for most of its markets.
