Frank is the Head of Client Service & Agency for MUFG's Asian Investment Banking Division. Previously, he served as the Head of Priority Client Service, APAC for HSBC Global Banking & Markets and as Regional Head of Client Services, APAC for Societe Generale. Frank has 20 years of financial services experience and brings a deep cross-cultural understanding when building and leading client-focused teams for financial institutions. He has lived in Asia for more than 13 years including China, Singapore and Hong Kong. Frank started his career on Wall Street spending 4 years in institutional equities research and trading based in New York. He holds an MBA in finance and did his post-graduate studies at New York University in global affairs. Frank is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry conferences on client experience management and is the Co-Founder of Tabitha Foundation Hong Kong, a charity supporting Cambodia’s underprivileged.
