He is a teacher-researcher at heart who has a fervent curiosity for innovative technology and ideas that solve real world business challenges. Schneider comes to Verint through the acquisition of Speakeasy AI where he was co-founder and CEO. In addition to his AI expertise, he is a recognized industry leader and speaker on automation, customer experience, contact center technology and the future of work. Schneider has more than 20 years of experience consulting and leading cloud and digital business transformation initiatives with intelligent automation and customer journey orchestration.
