Gaurav Suman

Gaurav is deeply passionate about the upcoming technologies and has worked and contributed in the area of innovations through digital transformation, open innovations, artificial intelligence, Blockchain, future mobility, digital disruption etc.

In Mercedes Benz, together with his colleagues, Gaurav co-founded South East Asia’s first automotive acceleration program in Singapore, StartupAutoBahn Singapore (SAS). Together with his team, Gaurav is accelerating digital foundation and enabling digital experience layer. He has also co-created multiple products on AI along with leading tech companies and inspired and led talents. Established 2 speed IT (using DevOps, API’s, and micro-services), new working methods and agile mindset.

While working for few Fortune 20 companies, Gaurav has worked across all continents in the area of IT and innovation, mainly formation of strategy and implementation. He has also managed geographically distributed team and has in depth understanding of cultural differences, business nuances and engagement models. Gaurav’s interests include strategic and digital transformation, open innovation, co-creation with startup eco system, leadership positions, setting up distributed team to harness best talent.
