Magali Demierre

Global Head of Employee Experience Phillip Morris International

Magali Demierre has been appointed Global Head of Employee Experience at Philip Morris International, whose vision is to create a smoke-free future by converting legal aged smokers to either quit or switch from conventional cigarettes to reduced risks products.

Having started her career as an Investment Banker, working for Lehman Brothers in San Francisco, Magali quickly realized this was not the culture or career she wanted to pursue.  She joined GE Capital in 2002 and stayed with GE for 16 years, in various role, from Strategic Relationship Management to leading the Commercial Learning & Development Strategy to most recently setting up the Workplace Experience practice across EMEA for GE Corporate.

Magali is passionate about people!  She holds an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management and an Executive Coaching accreditation from the AoEC.  She is a French citizen, married to a Swiss.  They have been living in London for the past 12 years and together they have 3 children age 9, 8 and 6.
