As a Senior Manager at hkp/// group he works with clients from startups to corporates across all industries on their challenges from recruiting to exit management. By applying design thinking, service design and improvisation to HR, he helps customers to change their mindset towards creating a positive employee experience and transform their HR function with their customers in mind.
