Laurel Herman is an innovator who has identified specific challenges that people experience in their personal or working lives and then has created successful, unique and pragmatic solutions.

These include Positive Presence, a people consultancy that enhances Image, Impact, Influence and Interactions intelligently. Internationally recognised as a thought-leader and authority, she also is a Trusted Personal Adviser to a number of men and women and a sought-after accomplished speaker and facilitator.

In 2000, one of Laurel’s sons was diagnosed (aged 30) with Asperger Syndrome. At that time, she knew very little about autism and certainly not that it could be an invisible condition. She set about learning more and as she talked about it, was amazed to find how many others were on the same journey themselves, or through family and friends.

Having heard many stories, she realised there were many, very able individuals with an ASD (Autism Spectrum Difference) not achieving their potential in their working lives who constituted a wasted pool of Talent.

In 2016, Laurel founded ASPIeRATIONS and which helps employers gain the full benefit from high-grade talent with an ASD (Autism Spectrum Difference) whilst helping candidates achieve higher employment outcomes.
