Jonathan Steingiesser

Jonathan Steingiesser is the Head of Design at Property Finder in Dubai where he divides his time between leading the design team, design strategy, customer research and service design improvements. Jonathan brings a hefty combination of technical skills, creative vision, and innovative thinking to every initiative he directs. As a seasoned design leader, he helps define and drive the future of design. He identifies and helps set product strategy, envisions complex UX ecosystems and inspires teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible. Jonathan possesses a clear vision of the future of experience and service design and has the courage to pursue forward-thinking strategic design. In his role, he applies his passion for brand, craft, and design fidelity to guide research, design and product processes, mentor talented members of the design team, and collaborate with leaders to create innovative experiences across all of Property Finder’s products and services.

With over 15 years of design experience in startups, retail, tech, nonprofit, mining, government and education sectors, Jonathan has fostered a passion for design innovation and continuous improvement through operationalising design and research practices. Jonathan has advised startups in San Francisco, Perth, Melbourne and Sydney. He is the founder of the Human Centre Design UAE Meetup and co-organiser of Service Design Perth and UX Melbourne Meetups in Australia.
