range of organisations from working within start-ups, agency and in-house teams
previously holding senior design roles at ASOS, Tesco and Farfetch.
Since early 2018 Ashton has led Product Design at Hive, overseeing
the transformation of the department to a successful multi-disciplinary team.
His work has redefined the role of design at Hive, delivering significant
experience, strategic and operational improvements. The success of the work can
be seen in 4.5-star rating now held on iOS & Android and recognition
received at CES, the Drum Design Awards, UX Design Awards, Design Week Awards
and BIMA Awards.
