Mohammed, has MBA from Manchester business school with over than 12 years of experience specialized in customer service, quality and compliant using recent technology such as CRM and apps. Mohammed started his career with American Express, Saudi Ltd. As a Director of Service, Quality and Compliant.
In 2013 he joined MODON as the customer care manager where his role was to establish the policies, procedures and set service level standards across all branches, call center and web service. With his area of expertise, he developed in-house CRM and set SLAs to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
