Arjan Schimmel is an international Customer Experience Director and Strategist. He has worked with CEOs across industries on developing and implementing their customer strategies.

He has been with some of the world’s leading organisations, such as Majid Al Futtaim Communities, eBay, Pizza Hut, Philips Electronics and PwC. Notable is his 6 years as owner of a strategy and experience consultancy in London, advising global businesses in retail, food & beverage, insurance and real estate.

Arjan received an MSc in business administration from Nyenrode Business University in The Netherlands.
