Latest technologies are improving the guest and visitor experiences tremendously, if designed and implemented correctly.

Facial recognition systems implemented at hotels worldwide have proven to reduce hotel check-in time by up to 70 per cent. Other technologies like virtual and augmented reality is transforming the traditional experiences into more engaging opportunities with the visitors.

This workshop will handle from the Design Thinking & service design stage through to deciding which systems you need, choosing the right providers and implementing these technologies at your hotel, museum, attraction or any other destination.
