Program Director, Service Revolution Transformation, BT Financial Group

Van Dissing is currently the Program Director for the transformation of the BT business – responsible for designing & delivering the technology, product and organisational (people) dimensions to  respond to the sale of the Advice business and the changing market for consumer customers in the wealth industry. 

Her previous role was as the Transformation Director for the BT Customer Journey Lab, leading a team of specialist including CX, UX, researchers, lean analysts and business SMEs. They were responsible for driving actionable insights on customer needs; and driving a future state customer roadmap for the organisation.
