Paul is the Senior Manager of CRM and Customer Experience at Hyundai Motor Company Australia.

His remit comprises of CRM, Sales and Service Experience functions supporting 170 Hyundai stores and 1.3 million vehicle owners.

The CX team has been working on improving customer journeys, developing a customer 360, integrated digital capability and combining new processes and technology to drive satisfaction and advocacy. 

Hyundai’s capability in Voice of Customer and Digital Service Experience programs have delivered measurable improvements in customer experience over recent years.
