Joanne Thrift joined Pepper in November 2014 in the role of Chief Marketing Officer and in April 2019 took on the role of Chief Customer Experience Officer. Jo is a senior executive with over 23 years' experience in Financial Services across a range of products/sectors including Mortgages, Credit Cards, Insurance, Superannuation, Wealth Management, Advisory, Business Banking and Investment Banking.

Jo is responsible for imbedding a culture of customer in everything Pepper does and for leading an active portfolio of brand, marketing, digital and customer experience initiatives to attract and retain borrowers who are looking for a genuine consumer finance alternative. She is also responsible for Pepper Group's global brand strategy including Pepper Money which is the Group's consumer lending brand.
