Australia’s 3rd annual Customer Experience Leaders Exchange saw 50 of the best minds in the A/NZ CX community come together in the Victorian Goldfields to share ideas, learn best practice and source solutions.
They brought with them years of hard won experience, a willingness to share their successes and failures and a desire to acquire the knowledge and contacts required to deliver world class CX within their organization. The presentations and subsequent conversations revealed that they all shared common challenges and objectives - and revealed some excellent insights into what’s driving the next generation of CX innovation.
The 3rd Annual Customer Experience Leaders Exchange, held 20 - 22 November 2019 at the RACV Goldfields Resort, Victoria, was an exclusive, invite only event that brought together 50 of Australasia’s top CX executives to network, get inspired, and learn the latest strategies for CX transformation.
Attendees joined experts from NAB, Optus, Hyundai, BT Financial Group, IAG, Suncorp Group, Sportsbet and more to discuss redefining the customer experience and journey.
