Area Vice President, Customer Workflows APJ ServiceNow

Gerald is the Area Vice President for Customer Workflows Solution Sales covering Asia Pacific & Japan. Gerald joined ServiceNow in 2016 to build out the IT Transformation business across EMEA before relocating to Singapore in 2019 to join the Asia Pacific leadership team. In this role he is responsible for driving adoption and customer success of ServiceNows Customer Workflows products and more recently working with our clients, partners and government agencies to support vaccine rollout with ServiceNows vaccine administration management capabilities. Gerald has more than 15 years experience in the software industry having previously worked with Oracle, CA and BMC Software and is also an advisor to Her Capital, a venture capital fund located in Singapore with a focus on female founded companies based in South East Asia. Gerald holds a BSc. from Dublin City University in Chemical & Pharmaceutical Science.
