For those attending physically, our venue is certified to run events by the NSW Government and attests to its compliance with the highest hygiene standards. Together with this, IQPC and CCW’s own ‘Venue Safe’ standards ensure strict adherence to all safety and hygiene measures for the safe return of organised events.

Personal Hygiene

CCW Disrupt will be working with the venue to ensure hand sanitization stations and personal hygiene signage is prominent across the conference hall and break out rooms.

Attendees will need to ensure they adhere to personal hygiene and sanitization measures, and if they feel unwell on the day to take part in the event virtually.

Non-Contact Registration

CCW Disrupt will employ a system that facilitates non-contact registration for in-person attendees, including the ability to pre-register online the day before.

Badges will need to be collected from the registration desk, however physical distancing and queueing will be limited in staggered registration lines will be employed.

More information will be provided upon pre-event.

Social Distancing

Social distancing measures will be managed through pre-conference communication to all attendees, highlighting health and government requirements. Alongside this, seating arrangements will also be altered to ensure physical distancing is maintained. There will also be a one-way traffic system around the show floors and conference halls, and floor stickers highlighting the recommended distance.

Food and Beverage Stations

We will be working closely with our venue partners to employ the highest standard of food safety, minimizing self-service buffets in favour of pre-packaged food options. Social distancing will also be maintained if any queuing is involved with stickers on the floor ensuring 1.5 metres distance.
