Senior Director Customer Service, Greater China 客户服务高级总监, 大中华区 Maersk 马士基
Lisa has been with Maersk for 17 years and she started her career as a management trainee. She has held different leadership positions in multiple functions and has been assigned to different locations in China and overseas. Lisa first started with customer service in Tianjin then moved to Netherlands as E-commerce coordinator. In 2008, she returned to Hong Kong, then Beijing for leadership roles of commercial planning. After that Lisa was assigned to be the Head of MCC (Now Sealand) in North China from 2011 to 2014. From 2014 to 2017, Lisa moved back to Maersk Line as Head of Customer Service in North China.
Lisahas recently taken the role as Head of Customer Service of Greater China with a team of 500 people since July 1st 2018, after 1 year as Head of South China Sales in Hongkong.
