Kaiya Liu is head of consumer journey at B/S/H/ Home Appliances (China). He develops, tests, and drives strategies and initiatives at BSH China to enhance the consumer experience journey of searching, buying, using, and servicing Bosch and Siemens branded home appliances, and to maximize overall customer lifetime value. He created the first in-house consumer insight team at BSH China, and has taken leadership roles as head of consumer insight, head of strategic marketing, and head of category management for cooking appliances. He is passionate about kitchen & healthy cooking, and leads a program to develop a Connected Kitchen concept for Bosch. Previously he was head of international marketing at SANY heavy industry, and assistant professor of marketing at University of South Dakota.
