Being one of global largest consumer finance service providers, Home Credit in China has over 19 million customers and covers 312 cities. As Head of Customer Experience, Alexandra is responsible for development of innovative strategies that should deliver best-in-class experience for HCC clients. Her major goal is to foster customer satisfaction and NPS through designing high-quality interactions throughout customer lifecycle by collaborating with other business units and bringing valuable insights directly from customer base.
