Louise has led the CX team at TUI since it’s inception in 2016 and has worked at TUI UK for 15 years holding previous roles in e-commerce, CRM and Customer Engagement.

Throughout her career, the customer has always been at the heart, including building the first ‘MyThomson’ customer website, leading the project to build the UK Single Customer View and creating award winning CRM campaigns. 

She is now focussed on designing an industry leading, consistent, branded experience for the 5 million customers that travel each year with TUI UK.
