Lee Reddin

Head of Service Design, CS Digital Innovation & Self Service Ryanair

Lee has over 15 years’ experience in Customer Experience and currently leads Service Design and Digital Innovation at Ryanair, focusing on improving the Customer Experience and reducing costs within Customer Care department through Digitalisation.

Prior to Ryanair, Lee worked in eCommerce industry driving change and innovation for Buyers and Sellers on eBay.  

Lee lives in Dublin and likes to travel regularly (on Ryanair flights only!!) He enjoys playing football and socialising with friends and family.

Lee has two young children that keep him on his toes constantly. Lee travelled the world for 18 months and did all kinds of crazy adventures, including two sky dives and glacier climbing
