Chris leads the Voice of the Customer programme and
digital transformation for Travel Counsellors. He also has responsibility for
their customer-facing tech platform “myTC”.
Chris has over 25 years’ digital and multi-channel marketing
experience, mostly spent in the leisure and travel industry, including senior
roles at Manchester Airports Group (MAG), Scenic Tours & Cruises, Shearings
Leisure Group and Sykes Cottages.
In recent years he has focused on optimising the digital
customer experience across a range of businesses.
Although originally from Belfast and now based
in Manchester, Chris is surprisingly not a United fan! He does however follow
the Northern Ireland team when work and family commitments allow.
