Alan is Chief Information Officer at Air Malta, the carrier of the Maltese Islands. With over 20 years working in technology, he defines himself as a transformation CIO, constantly striving to drive towards change and improvement. He has occupied different positions in his career in different sectors, both locally and internationally, leading or actively participating in projects that have provided significant technical, operational or commercial benefit. He has been with the airline for the last four and a half years and embarked on this transformation journey together with his team with a clear objective at putting technology at the forefront of the airline’s capabilities.
