Ray has worked in the contact industry for over 20 years, working for a number of leading retailers.   His career started ‘on the phones’ and make him fairly unique within his peer group as an individual who has genuinely worked their way up.  Ray has held a variety of operational and strategic roles, working with with both in house, outsource and off shore operations.
