Oliver Nono
leads the North American Customer Success Executive team for Zendesk. The Customer Success Executive team works
with Zendesk's Enterprise accounts. He
built Customer Success teams at two companies prior to coming to Zendesk
including at FinTech company Advent Software and has a strong passion for
making customers successful. When he
isn't traveling for work or glued to his MacBook Pro, he spends time with his
wife and two kids, watching sports, and pretending to be a good chef. He is currently working on posts about
Customer Success for LinkedIn to share his experiences.
